Vinnare av svenska Karlsprset 2025 och nominerad till The European Charlemagne Youth Prize 2025
Vi är stolta över att vårt projekt "Brobyggande arbete" har vunnit Karlspriset för ungdomar 2025 i Sverige och nominerats till The European Charlemagne Youth Prize!
Vi är otroligt stolta och hedrade över att vårt projekt “Brobyggande arbete: Ungdomar utforskar internationell utveckling och ett inkluderande EU” har utsetts till vinnare av Karlspriset för ungdomar 2025 i Sverige! Som vinnare går vi nu vidare som Sveriges officiella bidrag till The European Charlemagne Youth Prize 2025 och kommer att representera Sverige vid den europeiska prisceremonin i Aachen i maj.
Juryns motivering lyder:
“The purpose of the Charlemagne youth prize is to encourage the development of European consciousness among young people, by fostering democracy, promoting active citizenship and bring communities together. The Swedish jury believes that the winning Swedish project, the Bridge-Building Work, has captured the essence of the purpose of the prize. The project aims to increase diversity in the development sector as well as strengthening youth engagement in democracy and European integration. By providing young people with a migration background with practical tools and knowledge to strengthen their participation in policy-making and international cooperation, two key values for the European Union, the Bridge-Build Work is a worthy winner of the Charlemagne youth prize.”
Vår vision är att skapa en mer inkluderande framtid där unga från olika bakgrunder ges möjligheten att delta i och forma internationellt utvecklingsarbete. Genom fortsatt utbildning, mentorskap och internationella samarbeten vill vi nå ut till fler unga och ge dem de verktyg de behöver för att bli framtidens ledare inom demokrati och samhällsutveckling.
Vi ser fram emot att få inspireras av och samarbeta med andra fantastiska initiativ från hela Europa under den kommande prisceremonin. Ett stort tack till juryn för denna fantastiska utmärkelse, och framför allt till alla ungdomar och partners som gör detta arbete möjligt!
